Hi, I’m Scott Weber: a builder, developer, and product minded technologist with a passion for creating systems that solve real problems.
Over the past decade I’ve worked at the intersection of software engineering, business strategy, and product development. My background combines technical development with an MBA, allowing me to approach technology not just from a coding perspective, but from the lens of building useful, scalable products.
A Glimpse of My Journey
Today I work as a Lead Developer and technical product builder, designing and launching software platforms, integrations, and automation systems.
Much of my work has focused on building and extending ERP platforms using Python and Odoo, where I’ve developed custom applications, integrations, and tools that streamline operations and connect systems together. I’ve designed integrations between ERP systems and external platforms such as payment processors, cloud services, and analytics pipelines.
My work has included:
- Designing and launching custom Odoo applications
- Building API integrations with services such as Square and Google
- Developing automation tools and data pipelines
- Managing cloud infrastructure and deployments
- Creating systems that help organizations make better decisions using data
Earlier in my career, I served as a Business Analyst, where I worked closely with operations, engineering teams, and overseas manufacturers to improve workflows and production processes. Living and working with partners connected to China gave me valuable experience navigating international business and cross-cultural collaboration.
Over time, this combination of engineering, product thinking, and business experience naturally led me toward building and leading technical projects end-to-end.
Education
I hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Wilmington University, where I graduated with a 4.0 GPA and was inducted into the Sigma Beta Delta Honor Society.
I also earned a Bachelor of Science from Liberty University.
